Map description: An original defensive overprint of Operation Totalize from the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Highlander's war diary, this map shows in great detail the German defensive positions near Bretteville along the Caen-Falaise Highway. This map would have been used by Canadian soldiers to develop plans of attack against the German defenses during Operation Totalize. In the map is hand-drawn notations showing the position of the regiment as well as Allied divisions and German positions.
